Not much good to say about my purchase of a $36,000 used 2024 Ram 1500 Classic on Saturday December 13th. I showed up later on that Saturday interested in buying a new truck. The salesman, Ian was super agg 2024 Ram 1500 Classic on Saturday December 13th. I showed up later on that Saturday interested in buying a new truck. The salesman, Ian was super aggressive, running across Route 11 to get me a minute after pulling in the lot. He works out a truck for me to test drive, during the test drive noticed the steering wheel was far off-center. I mention it and he tells me he'll have it aligned at no cost at their location. He's in a huge rush to get me gone because of some after work party. We get all the papers signed, and he rushes me to move my stuff from my car to my truck. He immediately takes my car away and I never saw him again. I noticed before even pulling out of the parking lot that the rim had a huge gouge/ dent right on the lip of the wheel, like it was curbed very hard. I called him immediately and of course he was already gone. He answers my phone call and suggests I should use my wheel package and have it repaired. Few days go by and I'm back for my alignment. While there I go across the street to find him or anybody that can help me. Two nice women helped me because Ian wasnt there. These women told me the finance manager offered to repair it for me and I thought all was good, but I was told I still need to talk Ian and that if he doesnt call me by noon the following day that I need to call him. So I call Ian and he tells me whatever I want to hear to get me off the phone. Told him I'd like to have it fixed between December 26th and January 1st. It is now the 26th and I have not heard anything and he has not responded to my text. I got my truck back and still the steering wheel was still crooked and off center (they actually implied it was road crown, just for some odd reason every road im on my steering wheel is crooked) Ian did mention during the test drive that some of the mechanics are incompetent and we laughed about it. I have since gave the truck a good look over, which is my fault for not going more indepth before sale. My brakes have felt spongy and need to be pumped to get harder and work properly. This caused me to check the brake fluid which was pretty dark. Today the 26th I paid to have an outside shop do an alignment and flush/bleed my brakes and surprise everything is better than it was. Kinda of disappointing that according to the Carfax they had this truck since October, have their own service department, and clearly never serviced it. Maybe they slapped a November inspection sticker on it and cleaned the interior. I would like my wheel fixed as I paid to fix these other things on my own, which should have been done before sale. I just kinda expect when I go to a larger dealership that sells new cars that everything would be serviced and ready to go on their used cars. I was wrong and it's on me. I don't know about the rest, but this is your stereotypical car salesman. Even though he gave me his business card and told me his cell is on there and that I can call anytime, he never wants to respond. I was told this would be covered and I shouldn't have to go to such great lengths to make contact to get this fixed. As hes selling me my truck hes trying to get a sale out of my girlfriend too, insisting on showing her brand new Kias after finding out she had just paid off her previous loan. The way this was handled won't get you more business, even though she was super interested in that Kia. He actually referred to them as a "real dealership" when telling him I was at smaller lots. This "real dealership" also put 2 new tires on the front that dont match the backs. The biggest vehicle purchase I ever made and mistakenly it happened to be at this dealer. Never trust a car salesman. I should have looked that thing over up and down. All this instead of either repairing or replacing with 150- 200$ used rim. Now you get a bad review and also lose out on the sale of a new Kia. I would not recommend buying a used car here More
I can't believe how pushy they are they don't even give you the price of the car till they run your credit! I asked to leave and they had my keys in the office every single time I tried to leave I couldn't you the price of the car till they run your credit! I will never be back keep your crappy free oil change. Is it really that hard to sell a Kia? I've never felt more taken advantage of and worried then this dealership. Please for the love of God throw their paper away when you get it they ruined 5 hours of my day not letting me leave. I got out of their without a crappy Kia you can to. RUNN!!!! More
Do not go to this dealership. I went to the dealership couple years ago and traded in a car for a 2019 Kia Sorento which I loved but was trading it in for something smaller and I I went to the dealership couple years ago and traded in a car for a 2019 Kia Sorento which I loved but was trading it in for something smaller and I went back to the dealership after having the Sorrento for 4 years I traded in 4 2023 Kia Forte and did not realize the extras that were added on like the extended warranties that I did not need but was told I needed and now I am stuck with this car until I get the balance paid down more and I don't like this car there's nothing wrong with it I like the color I like that it's good on gas but it's too small for me and I regret purchasing it I even went back to them a couple weeks ago to see about trading it in and there was nothing naked really do to accommodate me except tell me that I had to put like $9,000 down to get into a newer car I did see another dealership and showed them my paperwork cuz I was interested in a car at that dealership and they said with the amount that I owe is too high so the only thing I could do is keep the car and pay it down some more which is not what I want to do they told me the other dealership took advantage of me and there's nothing that they can do to help me now I am stuck with this smaller car that I do not want I miss having the Sorrento or even the Sportage would be fine but something that has a little more room. I gave this dealership a one-star review because I had to put at least one in or I would have not given them a reading at all I felt pressured to buy this car I told him that I was not be able to afford it I was paying $400 a month on the Sorrento told him I wanted to stay just about the same if not a little bit more I ended up getting a payment of $6003 which is a $200 difference more and my insurance went up some too I said I felt I was pressured and buying this car I told them I can't do that what can you do this no I can't do it I just felt like I was pressured I really was I even called them on my way home and told him that I can't afford it I got to take it back and they said no More
I purchased a K5 had a trade and paid rest cash in full! The car had a sunroof problem they ordered part had to go back week later to fix. I had a year bumper to bumper warranty. As I drove car for one week started hearing the AC/heater had a gurgling sound when I took car back for repair of sunroof I asked them to repair the AC issue. Talk about poor service, I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. They wanted nothing to do with it. They just didn’t care. Why give a warranty? I plan to get rid of this car as I feel that the humming is going to get worse. The sound should not be there. I will not purchase another from them nor will refer anyone to them. They just want the money from you and your on your own if something goes wrong. More

Horrible customer service. Once you've signed the contract, they want nothing more to do with you. Called on second line and was put on hold only to be disconnected shortly afterword. Terrible business practice. Do not buy your car here. More
I had a terrible experience , they over priced the vehicle I bought . I had to have a tire filled before I could leave. But I should not have to go through the hassle . I do not recommend this company to anyone. James More

He told the manager was on a conference call. He told a message for the manager. With in minutes I received a call back from the dealership. Thinking it was the manager but to my surprise it was Fred. He took care of my issue with in 10 minutes.
