The oil change was done in a time that met my expectations. My issue was with the tire offer that came when I went for the pickup. I was offered 2 tires for $650, but alternatively if I bought 3 expectations. My issue was with the tire offer that came when I went for the pickup. I was offered 2 tires for $650, but alternatively if I bought 3 tires for $1,200 I would get a 4th one free. The dishonesty is what I found to be infuriating. The offer sounds like Kings is giving a free tire when in fact they are only giving a $25 discount per tire if the customer purchased 4 tires instead of 2. To present the offer as a free tire is dishonest. I wouldn’t mind if a $25 discount was openly offered, but to disguise it as if a free tire was being given just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
