Absolutely the best car buying experience! ! I traveled from out of state to purchase a Porsche Panamera. My salesman Brennan kept in contact with me while I was traveling to Cincinnati. Brenn ! Brennyn drove the car and made sure it was clean, ready for my inspection, checked the forecast and had the car outside in front of the dealership. I had made Brennyn aware that I had been in a horrific rear end collision and was trying to replace my 2012 Panamera and was hopeful that this car would be the one. I had looked at so many online and was tired of no one answering my emails or texts. This young man definitely deserves more than a star for customer service! Brennyn met us at the door with a smile, handshake and called me by name. Above and beyond my expectations…… class act! Through the buying process the Sales manager Bill was polite, professional and very personable. Bill was interested in making sure it wasn’t just a sale of a car but putting the right price, right car and right person in the car. I showed Bill the pictures my Panamera and really understood why I wanted another Porsche Panamera. George in the Finance department was like the icing on the cake. It was closing time and everyone was closing up ready to go home but George wasn’t going to rush me through anything. He took time explaining every option to me. Since I did not have my settlement money in hand I chose to finance and drive this beautiful car home! I will always refer anyone looking for a new or used car to this huge dealership and be confident that they will have the same experience that I did, especially if the get Brennyn as their salesperson, Bill as their sales manager and George in the Finance department. I’m coming here for oil change with my Honda cars from 2011 BUT in the pass 3.5 years become a xxxx bc of long waiting Today I pulled the car in at 15:15 as my appointment… no other cars in at that momen 2011 BUT in the pass 3.5 years become a xxxx bc of long waiting Today I pulled the car in at 15:15 as my appointment… no other cars in at that moment … and xxxx much to wait. At 16:38 start the tech the video and at 17:01 the car was out and at 17:14 the service adviser finish my paperwork. I was in for 2 hours but all work took 20 mins. With each my car I have to wait at least one hour and 30 or 45 mins for one simple oil change. ITS SAD and VERRY SAD how poor service is now….not talking about the lies …the air filter is good … but they didn’t checked… or.. I replaced the brake pads with pads from Honda and 2 weeks later the “Danton’s techn said 3 mm on pads…. Or forgot to put oil in… lucky me I checked in the morning before my travel to MI 320mi….and realized that oil was way under minim. I came at the dealer and they added oil…NOW.. if I do not chec the oil ? Sad sad sad and sad what is going on… but U pay $69 and 2 hour waiting More

Really great experience, after pure xxxx looking elsewhere. My daughter and I went to 7 lots total. We weren’t planning on a new car purchase but based on the other lots Honda was the best bang for our buck with 7yr warranty, tires warranty, roadside assistance and a few added perks. We thank everyone, including the hard working techs for helping my daughter get in a safe vehicle with my grand babies! Thank you Kings Performance Honda, we were a hot mess when we arrived, and you handled us with spa like treatment, almost! More

Avoid this dealer. They do not care about you at all as long as they close a sale. They will lie and make you waste your time until you are ready to sign anything put in front of you. My sales representative told me every sale comes with a full tank of gas and a full detailing job. When I picked up the car two days after purchasing the gas light came on on my way home and the car still had food crumbs and crayon marks in it from the previous owner. I would have went back to the dealership, but I had waited an hour already just to get handed my keys. Also while negotiating a price for the car I inquired about a service plan with the dealership to make the high price more justifiable. My sales representative told me it would be a waste of time as I would need to drive to that specific dealership each time, a 30 minute drive. Only to have the accountant try to add a $2000 service plan to the price of the vehicle and be told I can take it to a shop 5 minutes from my home. The accountant will not explain paperwork to you, even admitting or lying saying he does not know what most of it means just that you need to sign here. I came in the showroom with a loan already set up and was pressured out of it by the sales team and accountant. Come Monday my bank told me I ended up paying around $1,500 dollars more than I should have. I should have walked away quite a few times but I did not. This place is run like a shady corner car lot. Please save your self from the worst buyers regret you will ever feel. More

Negotiations were brief as I had a price in mind. I am happy to say that I was pleased with the deal and we finished up and drove out in about 2 1/2 hours. which is exceptional More

Do not buy from them at all! First I saw a car on the website I was interested in. Drove 1 hour away to test drive the car and it wasn’t even serviced yet. They told me I HAD TO buy the car first before they could service the vehicle. They didn’t hold the car with the buyers order since I was already approved for it. After I completed the purchase they informed me that it would take no more than 10 days to completely service my vehicle for it to be ready to go. They had my car for 3 weeks and it still wasn’t ready. I called the bank and they stated I wasn’t supposed to sign the papers for the vehicle until I was taking possession of the car. The dealership told me that’s not true. All of there cars have to be bought first before they even clean the inside for a test drive. Needless to say. My car payment was due almost 2 weeks later, and I still didn’t have possession of the car. Each week I was informed that my car would be ready. When the time came, they pushed the pick up day further and further. I was informed by a manager that my car would be ready on a specific date. I drove an hour away the 4 day I was promised and the car still wasn’t ready. They walked us into the service area to show us the car was being cleaned. 15 mins later and my car was ready to go. Underneath the seats the floors were still filthy. Not to mention that was sticky stuff still on my door handles. And there was dried up mud all in the back of the trunk of the car. Once I got all the way home sitting on wet seats cause the interior wasn’t dry at all I found someone’s mail from PA. It had the last owners complete address, social security number, and case number for there local state benefits. I knew the car wasn’t clean cause I had someone else’s personal information that they were unaware of. Let’s not forget the hidden fees. They charged me for a warranty that the bank required them to have on my vehicle before selling it. I have been lied to and miscommunicated to. I was misled and taken advantage of, cause I was young. I definitely felt discriminated against cause I was a female in desperate need of a car at the time. No one was understanding of the miscommunication they provided to me and my family. They continued to brush me off cause they already had the sale weeks ago. Everything was just a horrible experience. More
