Service dept. does not value their customers time at all. I ordered a hitch with my new car, and they had to order the hitch, but they never called to let me know does not value their customers time at all. When I called, they said sure it's here, I don't know why you were not contacted. So, I made an appointment and after also had them check a defective seat heater and I waited in the waiting room for 7.5 hours. They texted me to say my car was ready, but no hitch was installed. On their computer system it did not tell the service department the I was there for a hitch install, it only said, "customer has a concern". Too make a long story short. It took Two more visits to get the seat heater fixed and the hitch installed with many poor excuses as to why they could not do it. I tried talking to the service manager with no results. I went all the way up to the General Mgr. and did not even receive a response. All I was asking for is for them to change the way they enter service repairs. It should state the actual reason for service, not a generic term that causes their reps to be confused to the point that they do not have a clue what the vehicle is there for. This was only to help other customers, to prevent them from having a bad experience. Unfortunately, no one cared enough to make future customer visits more pleasant. I will never go back to Performance Kings Honda for service again. I would suggest you check their Better Business Bureau reviews before taking your vehicle in for service. More

I have purchased a few in person out of state vehicles but I have to say that this experience was the best in person out of state experience. Cory Smith my salesman (product specialist) was great from the but I have to say that this experience was the best in person out of state experience. Cory Smith my salesman (product specialist) was great from the initial inquire of the vehicle. He gave me all the information I needed when asked and made sure that transparency was front and center. I had phone and text conversations which he gave me true and accurate information before arrival, and once the face to face arrival, he answered more questions and was a pleasure to work with and made the process that much better. I am a picky vehicle buyer on both the vehicle and the price/financing and Cory worked his magic to get me what I was after. I would recommend Cory to anyone who wants a clear honest and transparent vehicle buying experience. All I can say is Kudos to Cory Smith and his team, thank you for making this vehicle purchase awesome. More

I purchased a 2022 Honda Passport in January of 2022. I purchased a service contract because the finance manager told me they would pick up/return my car for service even though I lived five miles past I purchased a service contract because the finance manager told me they would pick up/return my car for service even though I lived five miles past the allowable limit. For the first service request, they hassled me about the mileage but agreed to pick up my car. For the second service request, they agreed to pick up my car but said I would have to drive to their location for future service requests. I decided to cancel my contract because of the lie I was told by the finance manager. After many texts, I finally found out that I received a refund of $369.90 out of the $1,000 I paid. So in a nutshell, I paid $630.10 for two oil changes. I would think Performance Honda would refund me more money due to this particular situation. But nope! Money is more important to them than customer satisfaction! So beware of this and buy from a better dealership. More
Absolutely the best car buying experience! ! I traveled from out of state to purchase a Porsche Panamera. My salesman Brennan kept in contact with me while I was traveling to Cincinnati. Brenn ! Brennyn drove the car and made sure it was clean, ready for my inspection, checked the forecast and had the car outside in front of the dealership. I had made Brennyn aware that I had been in a horrific rear end collision and was trying to replace my 2012 Panamera and was hopeful that this car would be the one. I had looked at so many online and was tired of no one answering my emails or texts. This young man definitely deserves more than a star for customer service! Brennyn met us at the door with a smile, handshake and called me by name. Above and beyond my expectations…… class act! Through the buying process the Sales manager Bill was polite, professional and very personable. Bill was interested in making sure it wasn’t just a sale of a car but putting the right price, right car and right person in the car. I showed Bill the pictures my Panamera and really understood why I wanted another Porsche Panamera. George in the Finance department was like the icing on the cake. It was closing time and everyone was closing up ready to go home but George wasn’t going to rush me through anything. He took time explaining every option to me. Since I did not have my settlement money in hand I chose to finance and drive this beautiful car home! I will always refer anyone looking for a new or used car to this huge dealership and be confident that they will have the same experience that I did, especially if the get Brennyn as their salesperson, Bill as their sales manager and George in the Finance department. Thank you Brennyn for making this car buying experience a great one! More
Amazing customer service from my salesman Brennyn, best person to help you with your car buying purchase, it was my first dealership purchase and he walked me through the whole process. He broke everything person to help you with your car buying purchase, it was my first dealership purchase and he walked me through the whole process. He broke everything down and explained everything, always kept me up to date about my car and where we were at in the process and even gave me a call to make sure the car was doing well on my way home, 100/10 would recommend to anyone. I’m coming here for oil change with my Honda cars from 2011 BUT in the pass 3.5 years become a xxxx bc of long waiting Today I pulled the car in at 15:15 as my appointment… no other cars in at that momen 2011 BUT in the pass 3.5 years become a xxxx bc of long waiting Today I pulled the car in at 15:15 as my appointment… no other cars in at that moment … and xxxx much to wait. At 16:38 start the tech the video and at 17:01 the car was out and at 17:14 the service adviser finish my paperwork. I was in for 2 hours but all work took 20 mins. With each my car I have to wait at least one hour and 30 or 45 mins for one simple oil change. ITS SAD and VERRY SAD how poor service is now….not talking about the lies …the air filter is good … but they didn’t checked… or.. I replaced the brake pads with pads from Honda and 2 weeks later the “Danton’s techn said 3 mm on pads…. Or forgot to put oil in… lucky me I checked in the morning before my travel to MI 320mi….and realized that oil was way under minim. I came at the dealer and they added oil…NOW.. if I do not chec the oil ? Sad sad sad and sad what is going on… but U pay $69 and 2 hour waiting More
Really great experience, after pure xxxx looking elsewhere. My daughter and I went to 7 lots total. We weren’t planning on a new car purchase but based on the other lots Honda was the best bang for our buck with 7yr warranty, tires warranty, roadside assistance and a few added perks. We thank everyone, including the hard working techs for helping my daughter get in a safe vehicle with my grand babies! Thank you Kings Performance Honda, we were a hot mess when we arrived, and you handled us with spa like treatment, almost! More
