Hi Mike, I will actually be stopping by this evening after work. I am off at 530 and am about 10 minutes away. I'd really like to get all this sorted out, I loved the vehicle until all of these repeated issues. I've stopped in a few times since only to be brushed aside. I tried talking with Marc again this afternoon and he told me to call and make a service appointment, something I don't feel I should have to do since I shouldn't even be having these issues.
