My husband I visited Kings Honda for a used car. There was a car that we were interested in and took a test drive. Our sales person, Al Glover, was very helpful and made the process smooth and fun. We ended up purchasing the car and left the dealership with a big smile. In fact, we were so impressed with the customer service, we went back and picked up our 2 boys from home and took them back to meet our sales person. My youngest left the dealership saying "I really like Al Glover". After a couple of days, a light came on the car requesting service. We contacted our Sales Person and ended up taking the car to their service department. The news we received was not good and not what we wanted to hear and anticipated an uncomfortable situation. We were speechless on the great customer service and character of the General Manager, Andy French and how he handled the situation and we were very pleased, if not over joyed. We instantly became part of the Kings Honda family. We are still in awe of the whole customer service at Kings Honda and we will be spreading the news to our friends and family. We have 2 future drivers in the family and they will be joining the Kings Honda family as well.
