Rob listened to our concerns, he went out of his way to respond in person as well as to my e-mail requests. We looked at many vehicles before purchasing. I would recommend this dealer. I do not live close by. There were a couple of other Honda dealers closer to us. We visited other car make dealers. I was impressed and happy with the level of service we received at King's Honda from Rob Larsen. One of our visits was on a very busy Saturday. I first came to Kings Honda approximately one month ago and worked with Nicole Landers and Darla Landers. I was sad to find that I would probably not be able to purchase a new car due to just coming out of and worked with Nicole Landers and Darla Landers. I was sad to find that I would probably not be able to purchase a new car due to just coming out of a bankruptcy. Althought I was dissapointed (and even cried), I appreciated Darla's honesty with me about the high interest rate I would likely receive and how purchasing a used vehicle would help me rebuild my credit. I went home without a car and felt defeated. Nicole kept in touch with me over the next month as I awaited my final discharge paperwork from the trustee in our bankruptcy case. When I received my final discharge papers, I called Nicole to let her know I was coming in to try to find a used/certified car and she was ready to help me. When I arrived, Darla stated that I was approved for the 2012 CRV EX-L on the showroom floor and that I could drive it right out the door. I thought she was joking. I had already convinced myself that I needed to purchase a used car to rebuild my credit as Darla suggested a month ago. When I realized Darla was not kidding, I was uncertain if I should purchase the new CRV so I test drove a used Accord. The Accord was nice, but I knew I would not be happy with it. Nicole took me out to show me all the new CRV's that came in to see which one I liked best and explained all the features. I ultimately decided to purchase the new CRV EX-L from the showroom floor because I received a great interest rate and the EX-L model had all the options I wanted. Darla and Nicole took a lot of time helping me, explaining my options and they were very patient while I made my decision. Before I left, Nicole helped me sync my iPhone with the CRV and walked me through setting up speed dial numbers. Nicole also demonstrated the many features of the CRV and stayed past closing time to help me with learning the basics. Darla and Nicole were a huge help and I would send anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda directly to them. Nicole was not listed on this website which is why I am including her in the review with Darla. I hope this review makes it to Nicole's profile once she is added to this website. I have a feeling this will not be my last Honda. Everyone at Kings Honda was extremely nice, helpful and so friendly I felt like I was a VIP. It was an exciting atmosphere and even though they were very busy they gave me personal attention and no strong armed sales tactics.
