Very good experience buying our new Odyssey with Kings Honda. Kings did an oustanding job on price. I acquired all my quotes through email. Initially requested quotes from multiple Cincinnati Honda dea Honda. Kings did an oustanding job on price. I acquired all my quotes through email. Initially requested quotes from multiple Cincinnati Honda dealers through Edmunds.com. Kings beat the next lowest price by $600. Other dealers then attempted to undercut Kings' price, but I decided to stay with Kings because Nicole (Landers) had earned by business. After several emails working through the specifics, Nicole had gained my trust. She was advocating on my behave with her management and working to earn my business. She kept the emails coming and called me a couple of times to keep me posted of status. Good follow through Nicole. I provided my own financing. Taking delivery of the Odyssey was quick and painless. Jenni had all the documents prepared when I arrived. Signing the colossal amount of documentation was a breeze thanks to Jenni's organization. She did a great job of explaining each document as we went along. Never had a question throughout the process. The van was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. Nicole was very patient with my wife and I as she comprehensively demo'd the bells and whistles on our new van. Nicole made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we left the dealership. Again, felt very comfortable working with and talking to Nicole. Key for me was the price, process and trust. Everyone is hyper-busy these days. No different for me. A corporate father of two. I was extremely happy with my recent purchase of a new Honda CR-V at the Kings Honda dealership and my experience with Bob Moeller. The new design of the CR-V is very unique. I have had two Honda Pilots Honda CR-V at the Kings Honda dealership and my experience with Bob Moeller. The new design of the CR-V is very unique. I have had two Honda Pilots in a row and could not have been more pleased with both. My husband has a Honda Ridgeline and he is very happy as well. We have purchased these vehicles through Bob in the past and was so pleased with his kindness and knowledge that I knew I would be buying this new vehicle through him also. I was thinking about another Pilot or the new CR-V. Bob was very patient and courteous and let me drive both new versions of the 2012 Pilot and CR-V and went over all their specifications. As we went over my wants and needs, I decided on the new CR-V. Bob was so helpful from beginning to end with this purchase and I know we will be back in the future to deal with Bob again.
