There was some confusion with my trade-in: It was a 2004 Cadillac SRX. I reported it was all wheel drive but the CarFax report stated it was 2 wheel drive. Glen was determined figure out what the car actually was. In fact, he was in the garage under the car to prove I was correct. Glen went above and beyond to get me the maximum value for my trade in. He again exceeded my expectations by expediting the delivery of the Honda Odyssey I purchased. Overall, I feel Glen was professional, accommodated the needs of my family and bent over backwards to help me get the vehicle I wanted with the trade in I had at a fair price. Kelly Bruner Nusbaum was also very helpful. She stepped in several times to help expedite the transaction. She was calling about the all wheel drive confusion and personally handled the closing paperwork so my children did not have to wait any longer than necessary. Excellent experience!
