I was a true test for patience and Rob was a gentleman. Rob suggested as I visited a 3rd time before I did my test drive again that I put my MANY documents down and drive it to get the gut feeling (or something like that) which was what my final round was all about. I was choosing between 3 cars. 1 I did the final drive and it was a no. Rob and I went and got the Civic and during our conversation he mentioned the Civic that had "cooled" seats and at that point that was what I knew I wanted. I did not take the other test drive of the 2nd dealer for a final gut drive :) More

I am a single mom with three children. Two of the children are special needs. I called Glen Standafar before coming to the dealership. There was some confusion with my trade-in: It was a 2004 Cadillac SRX. I reported it was all wheel drive but the CarFax report stated it was 2 wheel drive. Glen was determined figure out what the car actually was. In fact, he was in the garage under the car to prove I was correct. Glen went above and beyond to get me the maximum value for my trade in. He again exceeded my expectations by expediting the delivery of the Honda Odyssey I purchased. Overall, I feel Glen was professional, accommodated the needs of my family and bent over backwards to help me get the vehicle I wanted with the trade in I had at a fair price. Kelly Bruner Nusbaum was also very helpful. She stepped in several times to help expedite the transaction. She was calling about the all wheel drive confusion and personally handled the closing paperwork so my children did not have to wait any longer than necessary. Excellent experience!
