I was helped immediately as I got in to the dealership, not like other dealers. I did not have to approach any sales person they approached me. I went in without a specific car in mind, but I did know what I needed in the car. The sales person suggested the 4 models I tried according to my needs. Glen was the highlight of this process. As the sale rep, his communication was prompt and accurate. He offered the first good deal on the van I was looking for via the internet. When that van was not available, he really went above and beyond to keep the deal. I was willing to move onto the next dealer, but he made such an impression, I decided to keep my business with Kings. Glen found a van, but told me it was a dealer swap and would be a day or so delayed. My wife and I went to the dealership on a Friday evening. The entire process including the finance office went well. John Clark too was a pleasure to deal with. I felt good about my experience at that point. It would not last. Over the next several days, I could not get an accurate status on the van's location. I was told "its on a truck, but we're not 100% sure where." I made numerous calls, very few were returned, both at Kings and the trading dealer Performance Honda. We were down to one car (made sure the dealer knew this) and was offered nothing in the way of compensation- be it a rental, free oil change. Nothing. So, good price, GREAT salesman in Glen Standafer! Otherwise, terrible experience, terrible management. More

The purchase was actually a pleasant experience because I did not have to negotiate for hours on end. The service department at Kings Honda is awesome as well. A few days after I brought my car home, the service manager contacted me about an update that was needed. He actually offered to pick my car up, drive it to the dealership for service, and return it to me within a few hours! In all of my experiences with cars and dealerships (and there are quite a few), I have never been offered door-to-door service before! I find it refreshing that Kings Honda really cares about the customer, in a world where many things have become impersonal. I will buy my next Honda at Kings and will certainly recommend that my family and friends buy there as well. Great job, guys! More
