I used the bank system and within 5 minutes was contacted by Gulia at this dealership. She was very informative, answered all of my questions, and set up a time for us to meet. We drove from Louisville and met with her. She had the paperwork completed and the car was ready with balloons. Overall, it was a very easy car buying experience. Gulia was excellent. We took a test drive then he went over the features of the Honda Accord with us, answered all of our questions, and then left us alone to decide what we wanted to do. Jody Haskin worked with us on the financing and he, too, answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. The car we wanted to look at had a dead battery and stains throughout the interior. We looked at another car (used car) and were twice offered less than what Autotrader would give for our car. They als stains throughout the interior. We looked at another car (used car) and were twice offered less than what Autotrader would give for our car. They also were kind enough to offer us sticker price on both separate occasions. They treated us like we were idiots until we walked out. That's when they were willing to start negotiating with us. I received a voicemail on my way home from there saying "there was some miscommunication between me and my boss." No kidding. They will be happy to know that we went to Superior Honda where they were kind, friendly, and willing to work with us. We were able to get a brand new vehicle with 8 miles on it for a comparable price to what Kings was offering us for a year older model with 20000 miles on it. Thank you, Kings, for ticking us off and allowing us to find a great deal and customer service elsewhere. If you are in the greater Cincinnati area, I would highly recommend against Kings Honda. A little further south, Superior Honda was excellent. More

My husband and I went to Kings Honda today to get some info on leasing a 2012 Odyssey. We have been looking at used Odysseys in the Automall all day and decided to stop in Kings Honda to find out more abo info on leasing a 2012 Odyssey. We have been looking at used Odysseys in the Automall all day and decided to stop in Kings Honda to find out more about leasing a new odyssey rather than purchasing a used van. We were greeted by Mark Malone, who asked what model we were interested in and he pulled one around for us to look at. He asked if we'd like to test drive it, but we said no because we were familiar with the Oddyseys and we were in a hurry to get back home to pick up our daughter from school. We did ask him to run some numbers for us to look over and give us a value for our trade. We informed him that we have less than perfect credit but that we do have a co-signer, then he proceeded to ask us a series of personal financial questions which were not relevant to purchasing a vehicle. He then went on to tell us that he would not waste his time by running numbers for us and that maybe we should visit Honda East. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a salesperson. He was demeaning and rude. Mark Malone is a poor representation of Honda and Kings Honda should be ashamed to employ such an awful person. On a brighter note, we are enjoying our brand new Toyota Sienna SE that we bought down the street. Kings Toyota has amazingly kind salespeople that I would recommend to anyone! More
I walked in to Kings Honda expecting for it to be like every other dealership I went to that day. Overpriced and not customer oriented. That is by far what Kings Honda is. I was looking around for a used SUV with a possible warranty on it, and then Glen came and greeted me. We got the talking and I mentioned how much I loved the CRV, but it wasn't in my price range. Then he got talking about leasing, I was never to interested in leasing, b/c I was afraid of the overage in miles. Rob (Glen's partner) continued to attend me and he to was very friendly. I was able to go on a test drive in a 2011 CRV and boy did I love it! I knew it was exactly what I wanted but yet again was worried about the miles and pricing. We were able to come to a price that was in my price range and I was able to drive away in my brand new CRV. I am proud to say that I purchased my first new vehicle from Kings Honda, and that they can count me as a new loyal customer. More

Rob answered all of my questions honestly and showed me the vehicle that I had research on the dealers web site. I arranged for a follow-up appointment to test drive the vehicle and discuss price. Rob was very accomodating and had great follow-up via email and phone. The buying experience was very pleasant. Rob presented the dealerships pricing and trade-in details in a straight forward manner and we were able to negotiate directly with him. None of that back and forth with a sales manager over every detail. Rob was fully able and enabled to represent the dealership during all of the negotiations. The financing details were completed in a timely manner and all of the details were fully explained. Delivery of the new car was a great experience! They had made up a banner and attached balloons to make it a special event. Overall I had a great experience from start to finish. More
