Performance Kings Honda

We went to Kings Honda and told salesperson Johnny Combs right away that we were looking for a slightly used CR-V, or to possibly lease a new one, but that we were also on a pretty tight budget. Kings Honda had about 8 different used CR-Vs for me to look at, but we ultimately went with leasing a new one, for the lease special they had on at the time. It was a price that genuinely took us by surprise. Our salesperson, Johnny Combs treated us very well. We had visited 3 other dealerships and with no other salesperson did I feel more comfortable and at-ease than with Johnny. He really helped make our buying experience as comfortable as possible. He was not pushy, which I have encountered before while just peeking in cars when my old civic was being serviced. He provided a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, which I thought was nearly impossible when buying your first car. The service was great and Nate was phenomenal. He clearly makes every customer feel that they matter, and makes the experience completely worth it. :) More

Used the internet sales department to make purchase of 2011 Honda Odyssey. Compared price I got from Kings with other dealers internet sales departments and they could not match it. Other dealers tried to tell me that I would not get the out the door price I was quoted. Got the price I was quoted and process was smooth and friendly even though we kept staff past closing time. Buying a car at Kings Honda was about as easy as it gets. After the test drive, Nate let me know what my options were and we worked towards what it took for me to drive away in the Accord that day. I've been driving the Accord for 4 or 5 days now and my wife and I couldn't be happier. When it comes time for another car 5-6 years down the road... Kings Honda will be getting a visit. More

We purchased our new Honda from King's Honda because of the excellent experience our son had working with Al just the previous week. At our son's insistance, we called Al to check his inventory availabilit the excellent experience our son had working with Al just the previous week. At our son's insistance, we called Al to check his inventory availability and when we got his voicemail, decided to just drive over. About 10 minutes into our drive Al returned our call and when we arrived 15 minutes later, he had the car we voiced interest in over the phone parked out front, ready for a test drive. We felt his excellent customer service started even before we personally met. We were so impressed with his service that another of our sons will be over to talk with Al tomorrow. Thanks King's Honda, for providing such a knowledgeable and personable sales associate to help us through the process. More

My husband and I really enjoyed that Bob Moeller gave us the straight story. We had done our homework going in and he was so nice in being willing to help us stay in our budget with a van that is perfect f the straight story. We also really enjoyed getting the ball rolling by taking advantage of the King's Honda online site. Holly Henderson was great about finding us a fabulous deal to finance our van. It was wonderful that she understood we were wanting to stay in budget and that we have a family. She was able to help answer our questions and explain the process to us very well. A great experience. There was a little paint damage (paint had been pulled off where a dealer logo had been previously) to the vehicle we purchased. I was told that because of the price (being so low), there was nothing the dealership would do to repair it. Not enough to keep me from coming back, but a small "blemish" on an otherwise great experience. More
