I called about a used car I saw online. I live 25 miles from the dealership, so I didn't want to waste my time if the car was damaged or didn't run. Mark not only went to the car on the lot and called me from the dealership, so I didn't want to waste my time if the car was damaged or didn't run. Mark not only went to the car on the lot and called me back to tell me the body condition, which was accurate to the last ding, but also offered to drive it and see how the car drove. About 5 minutes later he called while driving the car to tell me it was in fine condition. When I arrived later that afternoon the car was exactly as he described it and was everything I had hoped for, reasonably priced, well maintained, and ran well. We worked out the details and I hit my next snag, financing. But once again their finance department came through getting the car right where I wanted from a payment standpoint and I drove away very pleased with the entire experience. Now I need to go back to get some more business cards as I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car! Kudos to the entire staff. They are something you don't see much these days, customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Mark More

We were comparing to a loaded Camry the Honda Accord XLE...preferring (but not locked into) the Honda. We hate high pressure, and the going to the manager thing! Gulia and Ryan were great, demonstrated the cars features, no pressure, just friendly. We left on a Friday, drove the Camry on Saturday, and after talking, determined to go back on a Monday. I'd been shopping online for a pre-owned Honda Odyssey and found one that met my criteria at Kings Honda. I live two hours away, in another state. I sent an email inquiry first to ask if the van was still in inventory. Within two hours (on a Saturday night, after hours!) I recieved an email response from Gulia, an "nternet sales" representative from Kings. We spoke on the phone the next day and I asked her several questions pertaining to the overall condition of the van. She literally went out into the lot to look the van over and called me back. I was convinced to make the two hour drive the next day. My husband, toddler and myself piled in our Honda CR-V and drove to Cincy. Upon arrival Gulia greeted us and took us to see the van, which she'd decorated with balloons and a "specially prepared for..." banner! We test drove the van and looked it over. It's a 2009 EX-L Odyssey in Excellent condition. It looks brand new inside and out. We loved it. Negotiating price was very easy and we came to an agreement after only one revisit to the finance manager. We recieved a very fair trade on the CR-V and a fabulous price on the Odyssey. We made the two hour drive home in our "new" Odyssey! Thanks Gulia and the finance staff at Kings for making it so easy! More

I just wanted to let you know that our experience at Kings Honda this past weekend changed our mind about your sales department. We have been customers of the service department for about 20 years with various Hondas and currently 4 vehicles. Your service department is why we have stuck with the dealership all these years. They have always been accomodating, trustworthy, and professional, especially Josh Wellbrock and Chris Metz. I wish all companies took customer service to heart the way they do. We did, however, have a bad past experience with your sales department when it was on Montgomery Road. It was bad enough that we pledged to never buy a car from Century Honda (now Kings). Josh encouraged us to look at some used cars on your lot when our Maxima bit the dust last week. While shopping, we worked with Mark Malone and Chris Pieratt. I have to say we could not have had a better experience. They were friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us in any way. It was obvious it was their goal to make the customer happy. We ended up purchasing a Pilot and of course will be returning for regular service. I just wanted to let you know that we will continue to patronize your dealership for future car purchases because of our experience there this weekend. I liked how they deal with bargaining a price down on their own and then bring you back the presentable offer. The only thing that was a little troublesome was the fact that we waited what seemed like forever to pull the vehicle off the lot. The cleaning process seemed to never want to end. More
