I did an internet search thru Honda East, Performance Honda, and Kings Honda. Gulia called within 10 minutes was very helpful and sent pictures for the car we were interested in. It was for my son and I Honda, and Kings Honda. Gulia called within 10 minutes was very helpful and sent pictures for the car we were interested in. It was for my son and I forget to mention he wanted a manual transmission so I called her back and she sent infor that matched. I called here an told her we would come and look. We liked the car and bought it. The only thing I would recommend is for sales folks be able to drive a stick. Another sales team member brought the car to us and then he took over the deal. Once I had researched and asked for an internet price did I have a name of a salesperson. Both Ryan and Gulia provided me with exceptional customer service. Each car that I wanted to look at they were willing to find the car and prepare it for a test drive. If It hadn't been for Ryan and Gulia I would have ended up purchasing a different car at a different dealership. If they were to leave Kings Honda I wouldn't step back inside Kings Honda. More

The Kings Honda facilities are very inviting, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. We knew we wanted a Honda Odessy but we had not decided to pull the trigger. I went in without my wife just to look. Glen engaged me with a very easy going non pushy approach and before I knew it I was lea to pull the trigger. I went in without my wife just to look. My wife was not happy with the fact that I did not involve her in a 40k decision. Another problem. She hated the white color I picked out. So I had to drag the entire family back to Honda after purchasing the car! Fortunately glen was there and took the same laid back approach with my wife and she fell in love with a different color. Andy french the manager was fantastic on the phone and told me to come in and "talk". Glen was cool, professional and busted his tail to get the paperwork reversed and send us home that night with the car my wife wanted. He was great to my kids and very patient with me in a tough position. He really shined when his back was against the wall. Our next car will be another Honda and hopefully from glen! I can't say enough good things. As if we were shooting a commercial, he saved the day and as we were pulling out of the lot he came running over with my daughter's favorite that we had left in the other car! He was extremely knowledgable, very easy to talk to and clearly worked hard to fill our needs so we could get the care we wanted and still nice man. Gulia Petalver quickly called me by phone to answer my questions concerning the CRV I had in mind. I asked to speak with Andy French the general sales mgr. about price and financing. He agreed to my price, no questions! My wife Becky and I made a visit to the dealership to test drive a CRV, meet with Gulia and Andy about the 0% financing program. Gulia had just left so Johnny Combs stepped in to help us with the test drive. He was very nice and helpful that evening. Kings Honda had to search for a CRV for us because we were very picky about the model and color. The whole time Gulia kept in contact with us by email and voice mail. When she found the exact CRV that we wanted she called me personally to let me know the good news! We made an appointment with Gulia to picked up the CRV and I must say when I saw our CRV parked out front with my name on a banner with balloons I was very happy! The sale procedure went smoothly and there were no surprises... just as Andy French promised! Johnny welcomed us as well and congratulated us on our new purchase. There is a TEAM attitude at Kings Honda. My wife and I had some concerns about a couple smudge marks on the car so Gulia had it cleaned up to our satisfaction. She then got in the CRV with us to explain the CRV's features and paired our cell phones to the blue tooth system.
