I contacted Nathan regarding a 2004 Lexus IS 300 I saw online (autotrader.com). He told me it was still available, and was willing to work with me considering I needed to travel from Fort Worth TX to the online (autotrader.com). Johnny showed me numerous cars and shared the benefits of each. He sincerely wanted to make sure that I made the right decision. Even when I came back to dealership the day AFTER I bought the car, he spent about 90 minutes with me explaining how to use the navigation system and and how to operate the phone, sound & cooling systems using voice commands. Badgered us with warranty nonsense, wouldn't take no for an answer. Purchased vehicle on 5/25, loan not sent to finance co. until 6/9. My daughter and I went in to look at cars to possibly buy to take to California for her move out there. Nathan was wonderful in helping us work thru whether buying in Cinci and shipping to Calif was a good o to take to California for her move out there. (it wasn't) Even though he was pretty certain we weren't going to buy the car form them, he did everything he could to help us out. He was the most well informed car salesman I have ever run in to. He went as far as calling the DMV in California and his cousin who was living out there to help us figure out what to do. I was actually sad that we couldn't make it work to buy a car from him. Andy French, the general sales manager was equally as helpful. If you are looking to buy a Honda in Cincinnati, I would run to this dealership and ask for Nathan. Dealership is friendly to deal with and offers a good selection of vehicles. The initial price on the vehicle will seem favorable, but the one caution I would give other shoppers is that you have to add selection of vehicles. They basically are charging you full retail parts and labor for a bunch of floor mats, mud guards, and trays that you may or may not want and can get cheaper online. They won't take them off of a car, as according to their manager, that is how they make a profit on their cars. Other dealers don't follow this practice, fortunately. I think the dealer should be more upfront about those charges if they are going to continue that practice. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. More

It was a great experience. My daughter and I visited on a Friday to test drive some used cars and she found one she liked. He doesn't like to "play games" or spend hours negotiating and he had brought some newspaper ads along with to use to get the trade-in price we wanted on our 1999 Honda Accord, as well as new car prices to compare to the 2008 vehicle we wanted to buy. After only about 15 minutes of negotiation, we got the price WE WANTED, both for the trade-in and the new purchase. My daughter is absolutely thrilled, she LOVES her new (used) car. More
