After roughly 5 years of being a loyal customer and have 2 cars only serviced at this location I am regretfully leaving this bad review in hopes that someone will see it who cares. I scheduled my service 2 cars only serviced at this location I am regretfully leaving this bad review in hopes that someone will see it who cares. I scheduled my service appointment 9 days in advance because they were so booked up. I arrived 8/14 at 10 am for my scheduled express oil change only to be informed upon arrival that they couldn’t get to my car for at least 3-4 hours. Exactly how I wanted to spend my Saturday. I spoke with Cal the service manager and he said there is a covid outbreak amongst the staff and they are short handed. He didn’t think to call any of the customers to let them know that there is a current covid outbreak at Kings Honda or to let customers know they are 3-4 hours behind. BOTH UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. A salesman named Chris cared more than Cal did! Add in the fact that there are no loners I was very unhappy that The service manager and staff didn’t think to notify customers. With 6 Honda dealers in town to get servicing done you need to treat customers better than this. I asked for the general manager and he was not in. More

Do your research. Leased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport and absolutely hate it. Been in shop 3x and they act like the problem is me. Took it to shop and they also told me all was fine. Then I had to show them it wasn’t. Then had fender bender and they don’t even have a local body shop. You have to drive to Fairfield, Ohio. Do research on dealer and car, worst experience ever with car, dealership, and overall experience. Will NEVER do business with Honda and especially Kong’s ever again. My youngest daughter wanted a Civic. After my experience, decided to give her my 2012 BMW. Rather that then do business with Honda. When I called my Sales Associate to share my dissatisfaction, he promised to speak with the Manager and call me back. That was over 6 weeks ago and no call. NICE!!!! They are consistent.....just consistently BAD! More
Untrustworthy Service and The service they provide is not trustworthy. They will service your vehicle but will damage something else so that you got to them to fix the ssue and The service they provide is not trustworthy. This are my expereinces 1) They serviced my vehicle but broke my windshield cleaner liquid nozzle. they charged my another 67$ thought it was their people who broke it. 2) when i went to fix the nozzle they discharged my AC gas. It is very very difficult to handle these people and they cannot be trusted. More

I placed numerous calls to the service department, service manager , and General Manager to resolve the issue only to get voicemail messages with no returned calls. I finally had to contact the BBB. Andy French (GM) agreed to pay half of the repair but when I tried to contact him to make arrangements he ignored my calls again. BBB contacted the GM for a second time. Mr. French finally contacted me but said he would now only give me a credit for service for waiting so long. He called ME a liar and bullied me on the phone. You just don't treat customers like that! I knew the car was going to need a few things fixed since it was used so I decided to have Kings Honda in Cincinnati look the car over for any issues because I have had excellent service there in the past with 2 other Hondas I owned. From the moment I stepped in the Dealership I received nothing but the best & most professional attention and assistance from GABBY THOMAS (5 STARS) & LACIE HASKEN (5 STARS). BROOKE and MIRANDA were very pleasant and attentive too. I cant say enough about the Service Tech the worked on my vehicle as well. He detected things wrong with the vehicle I had no clue about. He totally restored my used car. Replace Ball Joint, Starter, Timing Belt Package and more. This Tech is Outstanding. Please keep this guy and advance for promotion. The car now drives like its brand new. No wonder why you are called Performance Kings. THANK YOU to ASH MALL (5 STARS) TOO... you guys are the best. See you next time you are needed for sure! I came before my schedule and wait for more than an hour to sign a piece of paper. I let the financial manager who made mistake know that I came. He chased me out to wait without greeting or explaination. I thought he worked paperwork for me. After 30 min, he came out for a new customer and ignored me standing there waiting for him. Seriously, I drove for an hour to sign a piece fo paper which is due to their mistake. No apologies for their mistakes. They didNOT appreciate their customer time. Maybe only to their potential customer, not to whom already made purchase. More

When I arrived at the dealer they said its $1200, or $1060 after the coupon. I walked. Typical bait and switch. What a waste of time. More
