As we discussed with your husband, we were not able to duplicate the issue, however we did confirm that it was caused by the aftermarket starter that was put on the vehicle. My understanding was that your husband was going to get back to me with you and your daughter's decision to have the parts repaired or replaced - that being said, our offer to repair the aftermarket parts at a discount, still stands.
