The car buying experience is pleasurable because the sales team is far from pushy. Instead, the team truly gets to know you by identifying your likes/dislikes to help gear [yes pun intended] you towards options that may suit your needs. I purchased my 2012 Nissan Sentra from this location in 2012. My salesman Jose Robles was phenomenal and made the process so easy! He took the time to explain everything in detail to me so that I had all of the facts before making a decision. Also, I have never gone anywhere else to have my car's routine maintenance done. I even go to Performance Nissan for oil changes! The service team is knowledgable and attentive. I can rely on the team to truly assess my car without any hesitation. It is also really nice to walk into the service center and be greeted by my first name, asked specifics about how work is going, as well as how my dog Dallas is doing! The team will also and work with me to utilize any coupons or discounts that I am eligible for! Thank you for the last 6 years Aldo Tessier; Junior Felenus; Nick Hoats, James Koukoulas! While I was waiting in the lobby, Rebecca Hussle, the loyalty manager, greeted me. Her charisma and kindness were effortless and is indicative of the culture that Performance Nissan embodies. Rebecca simply wanted to make sure I was having a good day! She told me about her goal to guarantee customer satisfaction and comfortability! We discussed options for me regarding a trade-in and explained how leasing a vehicle can have its pros and cons depending on an individual's needs. We had such a great conversation! It was like I was talking to my best friend! She even gave me several awesome food coupons from Jersey Mike's and Toojay's! And then without even asking, she hands me a very generous coupon for Rapids Waterpark! I was stunned for a minute because just that morning I had told a friend that I would like to go to the park that day for my birthday (Oct 30th). The serendipitous events of that day reminded me that kindness is not a lost art and that customer satisfaction still matters! Thank you for all of your hard work Performance Nissan!
