Worst Dealership from Sales to Service Simple and plain: do not do business with this dealership. Total lack of professionalism, more scam then sales. Completely incompetent from the sales staff to the service department! Rude, dishonest and misleading communication with sales experience-- should have taken caution with those red flags, no willingness to meet or match competition and zero transparency, no familiarity with rebates either. After multiple purchases, servicing vehicles became a complete nightmare. Overpriced repairs, charges for services not rendered, inconsistent billing-- to sum it up, the only experience you can look forward to when dealing with these guys is zero customer service and being completely taken advantage of. Avoid at all costs. Major lack of integrity. More

I had a DVD on the car that I was trading in and he said that I could go back to take out, when I went back on the day agreed the car was gone with the DVD and I was never reimbursed. Managers don’t value clients. They offer you to wash you car but they dont mention is only on weekdays ( the way the cleaning is a joke). I will never go back to this location. Very unprofessional employees. More

Great service department I went today to performance Nissan where I have purchased 4 cars They have always been wonderful to deal with. I needed my key battery replaced and I went today to performance Nissan where I have purchased 4 cars They have always been wonderful to deal with. I needed my key battery replaced and my radio looked at. I couldn’t locate my salesman Tyler or Bobby so another sales person named kelvin came to me. I must say he was absolutely not helpful actually very rude. He said he couldn’t help me with my key battery and I would have to wait for my salesperson Tyler. Luckily Ian and Howard from the service area were there and stepped in to help. They were more than accommodating. They saved the day and took care of everything They are a great asset to performance Nissan. More
