But I was concerned the value of the car may be impaired. So while it was in for service I casually began asking questions about trading it in. I met up with a young salesman Nick Hoats, who was relaxed and willing to spend time with me to review the potential of my car to a new 2016 Rough. My expectations were low but to my surprise he came back with a deal I was a bit stunned with. Once I understood the numbers we looked at the cars on the lot. He seemed to understand what I wanted but made sure he showed me all my options. I settled on a car that I unexpectedly took to and we began the process of buying a new car. The previous purchase was very lengthy but this time it was easy and smooth. I payed cash for the car and drove off the lot with a new car a few hours after I pulled in. This is my second purchase from Performance Nissan, this time , much improved and I am a satisfied customer and recommend this dealership. My salesman Nick Hoates is a young man but to his credit a good listener, a pleasant personality, a relaxed individual and knows the product he is selling. Thanks for the comfortable experience Nick.
