The only thing I'd recommend to them is to have IPads around for the kids and offer juice or coffee. We were there for a while with a small child. Other than that, KP was a great Salesman. Doug Wolfe changes the "Car Salesman" prespective I only went to check out the difference of price between buying a new and used car. No intentions to actually buy the car at that time.
