Called confirmed a car was in stock ( with their own stock # ) I was required to put a $500 deposit on it so I did. I left work to go pick it up. Get a call 2 hours later & say sold it!! Never even offered to locate another 4 runner. Took my business to another dealership and spent $44,600 elsewhere. Better business Bureau complaint to follow. Apparently no management at this dealership ever read the book . ( The Toyota way ) More
I had my 2 year old Toyota in for a recall and inspection. Service guy came in and knelt, telling me I should do $300 worth of maintenance items, can we do that today for you? It was fuel injectio inspection. Service guy came in and knelt, telling me I should do $300 worth of maintenance items, can we do that today for you? It was fuel injection cleaner, cabin air filter, and refreshing the a/c vents. Anyone can get a bottle of injection cleaner for 10 bucks and put it in the fuel tank. Cabin filters are about 18 bucks and are an easy DIY. Refreshing the a/c vents means spraying disinfectant in the vents. No wonder they could do all that right away for $300. It's $30 in materials and 20 minutes of time. Sorry to see this dealership stooping so low to help themselves and pick customer's pockets. To add to the insult, the check out girl was unfriendly and refused to say thank you after I paid my bill. We need service departments committed to honesty, and it's hard to find even among Toyota dealerships. Driving home, my kick panel fell out below the glove box. Apparently they started pulling things apart to do the cabin filter, and didn't bother to snap it back in place properly. More

Questionable integrity Wanted to look at a truck they had for sale, was told if I give them a $500 deposit they would hold the truck until I came in the next morning. 1.5 ho Wanted to look at a truck they had for sale, was told if I give them a $500 deposit they would hold the truck until I came in the next morning. 1.5 hours later received a text telling me they wouldn't be charging me the deposit as someone else had come in who liked the truck and was buying it. Why ask for a deposit if your not going to honor it? More
