After a somewhat bad experience I had with the dealership two years ago, Erica changed my view of it. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the way the dealership “sales people” have been trained in helping customers. I would highly recommend Erica and your dealership to others. Amanda handles the internet contacts and set me up with Erica, Amanda was very helpful, and spent the time needed to make sure I was set up with the Erica in a timely manner. Bob miller was very friendly, and he knew how to set up and explained the accessories. We compaired this vehicle to an Acura RDX and about the only difference was a little bit less gas mileage with the Ven and explained the accessories. My Hat is off the Kelly and the gentleman who took care of my 2011 Prius this morning. I was leaving for a trip down the turnpike when my tire warning light came on. I called the Performance Service Dept of my 2011 Prius this morning. I was leaving for a trip down the turnpike when my tire warning light came on. I called the Performance Service Dept. at 9 AM, spike to Kelly who told me to come right in and they would check it. I was back on the road by 9:20 AM and on my way down the turnpike. The problem was my fault but you would have never known it from the attention I received. Thanks to all and a special thanks to Kelly. More
