I was shopping for a used Toyota Prius and came upon a 2007 Camry Hybrid. The car was certified and in great shape. Well he decided to go out of his comfort zone, & since our son in law who is in Florida & a Toyota salesman decided just to look. We decided to go for a lease to help lower our monthly car payment. Well we were helped by Celine who treated us like family & who was very knowledgable & made a deal we couldn't refuse on the car of our dreams. We never thought we would own a car so luxurious. We went to Performance to buy a new prius. They gave us a good deal on our old prius and our sales rep was very easy to deal with. His manner and style of treating his customers is excellent. I have been dealing with Performance Toyota for over 12 years. I have purchased 6 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle from them in that time. I have personally recommended this dealership to 6 of my friends wh years. I have purchased 6 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle from them in that time. I have personally recommended this dealership to 6 of my friends which resulted in 5 actual sales of new vehicles. This dealership is the only people that work on my cars. I will not allow another mechanic touch my car for any reason, albeit for an out of town emergency, an even then I look for a Toyota dealer. Performance Toyota goes out of their way on all accounts to make sure the customer is always taken care of. When you leave their location whether it was for an oil change, a minor repair, scheduled service, or just to purchase an accessory from their parts department, you feel as though you were treated as part of the family. They truly do care about their customers. In regards to my most recent purchase of a 2012 Toyota Highlander, Erica Gonzalez is now my new salesperson. I was dealing with another salesperson who left the company a while ago, and Erica had taken over his customer accounts. We had no idea of the change until Erica phoned us one day to notify us of her new position. She assured us that the lines of communication between us would remain the same and nothing would change. She was right. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle we called her and made an appointment. We did look at two other brands besides Toyota but we came back to where we felt most comfortable. Erica made us feel like we knew her for years. The specific car that we wanted was not at their location but she told us they had located one and it would be available in about 5 days. In 5 days we received a call and we were told that the car had arrived and we scheduled the delivery time. Erica explained the new car to us in detail so there would be little or no doubt on our part as to how everything operated. When she was finished she gave us her PERSONAL cell phone number and told us that if we had any questions and she was not at work to contact her and she would help us. Erica was a wealth of information about our car and all of its' amenities, down to the smallest detail. The newly designed service area is great also. It is really customer friendly. You drive your car into the bay, are greeted by a service rep and then directed to one of three service advisors. The next time you see your car is when it is ready to go, always in the time frame promised. I will always be loyal to Performance Toyota because of the way they treat you and respect you. They believe in the old adage, "If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will", and they practice it every day. More
