When someone finally asked me if I needed any help, I told them I had a service appointment and they directed me to Ana Salgado. I wish they hadn’t, she was on her phone and seemed annoyed that I was there. When I told her that I was there to get my oil changed. She immediately told me that 3:15pm was to late in the day and I would need to reschedule. I told her that I had an appointment so that it doesn’t make any sense. She tried to blame BMW’s website and it was an issue with their website... I told her I would schedule service with another dealer and her response to me was “Good Luck”. As I got in my car and started to leave (in disbelief)... Alex Padalko stopped me... and stepped in and got my car in for service and completed in less than an hour. I can’t believe BMW would let a dealership operate like this (given the quality and cost of their vehicles). The service manager at Perillo BMW should be replaced because they clearly have not trained their folks even the basics about customer service. Ana should find a different profession because she clearly did not want to work there. Unbelievable! More
