These guys are courteous, professional and genuinely care about providing customers the best possible experience. I was in a real pinch having no luck trying to find a towing service on a brutal winter day. I contacted the service manager (Israel) and he was able to make arrangements for getting the car in the shop and then Mario was able to secure a loaner so I can have a vehicle for the weekend while the car was in the shop. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Mario on other occasions and he always takes good care of my GT and me. Keep up the great work, guys! More

We've had multiple issues on several occasions with this dealership, starting with a simple service on a light that the dealership couldn't figure out to resolve. The biggest issue is with the customer service and the GM, Jay Diaz, who doesn't care about his customers. We brought our SUV in for a collision repair, not only did they return the car in worse condition, the terrible GM never returned our calls. STAY FAR AWAY! We've bought several BMW's in the past, and this will be our last due to this dealership and their poor management. More

Peter responded, immediately, to a need and concern I had regarding my wheels and tires and made sure I was satisfied with his solution. He responded efficiently and effectively. Ken provided me with awesome advice, support, and service regarding my wheels and tires and fixing a scratch that was obtained, while my car was being serviced at Perillo. My car also had grease smudges left on the leather dashboard and Ken and Caesar made sure that the scratch was fixed and that my car was detailed. Ken communicated with me throughout the entire process of my car repair and detail and also supported me in remedying an issue with my loaner. Accidents happen everywhere. The response is what matters the most, to me. I'm very big on customer service. While the customer is not always right, I believe that respectful, transparent, and honest communication is huge. I feel comfortable with the team (Ken, Peter, and Caesar) that helped me address my needs and issues. Their ability to work in different parts of the business, yet collaborate around my needs to ensure satisfaction, speaks volumes about the values of Perillo. I engage is some work that incentivizes business partners with BMWs and will definitely recommend Perillo to everyone I know shopping for one. Thank you for your quality service.
