Worst dealership I have ever experienced I drove over 6 hrs roundtrip and had a set appt. to check out a car and test drive it at noon., at 11am 2hrs into my drive I get a call saying the car I drove over 6 hrs roundtrip and had a set appt. to check out a car and test drive it at noon., at 11am 2hrs into my drive I get a call saying the car is in the body shop so I can't drive it but I can still come look at it. So what is the point of me setting up the apt? Then I get there and am told the car is sold then it's not sold, then it's sold again and their trying to arrange transport? So I call the GM b/c this is ridiculous one person tells me one story another tells me the opposite. GM Saleen says he will talk to his sales team and call me back in 30min with a resolution. 48 hrs later no response and no resolution. They advertise that its first come first serve, but then tell me it was sold to someone in MI but they are awaiting on payment? So it's not first come first serve, total waste of time. More

Took care of my every concern Had a major issue on my 2010 X5 and contacted Angelo to see what I needed to do.
