Superior in Every Aspect Felt at Home with No Pressure Mr. Perreault, Ms. Dahlberg, and Mr Lucas exceeded all expectations. I was very impressed with Ms. Dallberg's support and timeliness through USAA c Mr. Perreault, Ms. Dahlberg, and Mr Lucas exceeded all expectations. I was very impressed with Ms. Dallberg's support and timeliness through USAA car buying service, initially I was interested in the Jeep and it was confirmed after visiting other dealers. I was undecided between Toyota 4 Runner and Subaru Ascent/Outback. Mr. Perreault was great and took the initiative to explain the features of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was not 100% sure about the vehicle until after the test drive and explanation of car features. Mr. Lucas thoroughly explained all the financing and options. Makes things up when you tell them what it is!! I had my transfer case replaced by them almost 2 years ago and that took a month and a half bc they kept getting in bad transfer cases. After the thir I had my transfer case replaced by them almost 2 years ago and that took a month and a half bc they kept getting in bad transfer cases. After the third one finally came in I got my car back. Now, I get back from out of state and my car is acting up again. I knew from the beginning it was the transfer case. Paid them $150 diagnostic fee for them to tell me they couldn’t mimic the sound I was saying and that it was my front differential bushings and wanted $700 to fix it. I took my car back, took it to a RELIABLE shop and sure enough get told two weeks later that it is my transfer case that is still under warranty. Now I don’t have a car for who knows how long this time. I would never recommend this place for any kind of mechanical work. Hopefully I get my car back in one piece. More

Just as good as the first Originally bought a Jeep through Perkins and Mr. Hudson in January 2018, wonderful hail storms required me to purchase another. Without hesitation I Originally bought a Jeep through Perkins and Mr. Hudson in January 2018, wonderful hail storms required me to purchase another. Without hesitation I went through Perkins and was happy to be teamed up with Mr. Hudson again. I will have to say I really worked Mr. Hudson on this one, think we test drove one, looked at another and then went line by line on at least two others. We compared to other dealerships, to current inventory and he worked with me and had the patience to stay long after closing to ensure I got the best deal and more importantly the vehicle I wanted. Thanks for everything and if the Colorado hail hits again I'll be going back to see Mr. Hudson. More

Mind Blowing I scheduled an appointment to have a brake controller and 7 pin wiring harness on August 29th to have the parts installed on October 7th. I arrived a I scheduled an appointment to have a brake controller and 7 pin wiring harness on August 29th to have the parts installed on October 7th. I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time to drop off my Jeep to have the parts installed. I also scheduled for my father in-law to have the same parts installed on his jeep the same day with a drop off time two hours after my appointment. After I dropped off my jeep I was returning to work when I received a call from the service tech stating that they had only ordered parts for one of the two jeeps they were supposed to do the install on and the other jeeps scheduled their appointment and drop off before me and they would not be able to work on my jeep until they received the parts for my jeep. I informed the service tech that the jeep they were putting the parts on were my father in-laws jeep and his appointment was scheduled after mine and his appointment time was after mine and the service tech was stunned because he was unaware that we were related. It has been three weeks since I first dropped off my jeep and have still not received a phone call, my father in-law has had to take his jeep back in because the wiring harness still does not work. I have an appointment for Tuesday with Faricy Boys and they guaranteed they will have the parts and they will be installed correctly More

They not only had what we were looking for but it was a much nicer vehicle than we originally went to look at. Jacques walked up to us and asked if he could help.
