AMAZING !!! I came into the dealership “Just to Look” at the new Jeep 4 door Rubicon’s. I was there for 45 mins, was passed by three x’s by separate salesman, and I came into the dealership “Just to Look” at the new Jeep 4 door Rubicon’s. Being in the market for a car, I saw the internet special ad for a Dodge Dakota. Low miles and great asking price. I came in to look at it and test drive it. Adolfo Lopez was very helpful in that he had the keys with him when he greeted me. After I drove it I knew I wanted it. Mr Lopez then went to work on getting me approved to take delivery of the truck, knowing that my insurance settlement would not be in my possession for another 3 to 4 days. I am thankful for his hustle and work to make this happen. More

Best car buying experience ever! I do not normally write reviews, but I had the best car buying experience ever at Perkins Motor Co in Colorado Springs and just have to share. From th I do not normally write reviews, but I had the best car buying experience ever at Perkins Motor Co in Colorado Springs and just have to share. From the moment I drove onto the lot to the moment I drove off, it was a total of 3 1/2 hours (it normally takes an average of 8 hours). I probably could have been out in 2 1/2 hours but I spent about 30 minutes with the car and discussing with my husband and probably about 30 minutes making up my mind on financing. Oswaldo was friendly and patient and was not pushy at all. There wasn’t a lot of back and forth because the car was already fairly priced, but they still came down a little bit on price and came up on my trade value. Randy in the Finance department was also patient with me, did everything he could to get me the best rate, and had me in and out in about 10 minutes, once I made a decision on financing. When I got the car home my husband noticed a screeching noise whenever we made a hard left and that the back panel on the drivers side next to the tailgate was not flush. I called Oswaldo and he said he would look into it first thing in the morning as he was already off work. He called me first thing in the morning and even came to my house to get the car, took it in to be fixed and brought it back to me. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership and the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!!! More
