This recent purchase 9 August ,another 3500 RAM I was introduced to MIKE RYAN and what a pleasure, accommodating and a good listener and serviced the customer to the needs that were expressed.In addition he spent additional time (since I am not a computer person)the full venue of the ability and working mechanism of the computer and operational features.I am not a conforming client, Demanding, Rude at times, and with a slight temperament. TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER NEW CAR PURCHASE I PURCHASED A NEW JEEP FOR MY WIFE. FIRST OF ALL THE RADIO/TOUCH SCREEN WENT OUT. IT TOOK MORE THEN 6 MONTHS TO HAVE IT REPLACED, THEN WE NEEDED A NE I PURCHASED A NEW JEEP FOR MY WIFE. FIRST OF ALL THE RADIO/TOUCH SCREEN WENT OUT. IT TOOK MORE THEN 6 MONTHS TO HAVE IT REPLACED, THEN WE NEEDED A NEW RADIATOR..AND MORE RADIO PROBLEMS. WHILE THEY FIXED THE RADIATOR.. THE RADIO ISSUE WAS UN RESOLVED.HER JEEP WILL NOT SYNC WITH THE RADIO. THEY FIGURED THE PROBLEM AND SAID IT NEEDED A NEW MODULAR OR SOMETHING.. AND SAID THEY WOULD IT ORDER IT ASAP.. THAT WAS MAY 28TH, 2018 AND WE ARE STILL WAITING.. WE HAVE CONTACTED THEM 7 OR 8 TIMES ..LEFT ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN. PASSED ON TO ANOTHER PERSON. AND PROMISED A CALL BACK WITH IN THE HOUR. WELL IT IS NOW AUGUST. STILL NO CALL BACK! WE HAVE EVEN DONE ONLINE LIVE CHATS.ALSO PROMISED A RETURN CALL BACK. DIDN'T HAPPEN. We had test driven a Nissan Rouge SL at another dealership & were close to buying there, when we happened upon this particular model (but lower miles & lower price) at Perkins Motors online. Upon visiting the business, we met Ron Booze. He was very helpful, knowledgable & customer oriented. We, especially, appreciate the no "haggle aspect" at Perkins. Ron was also able to provide us with the complete service record & recall information. The new car warranty has just expired, but the dealership included an extended warranty on the drive train. We were equally pleased with our experience with the finance department. Tawaiian Muniz was able to get us a great rate (better than our bank) and made the whole process rather painless. While going back into car payments is not enjoyable, we feel satisfied that we have a reliable car with many features that will last us for a long time! More

No pressure from the very beginning from Eddie Cortes. He took his time to listen to what I was looking for and showing me the inventory. He talked in length with Jon Walter of what I was looking for. Jon Walter went way above and beyond to find me the car I wanted with everything I needed safety wise which was in another state. Bill Ward in financing was extremely nice and explained all of my options and what was available in packages. I asked for something else and he didn't mind reprinting the paperwork for me to sign. The last Charger I bought from a different dealership was one of the worst experiences I has ever had. When I went to Perkins I was a littler nervous but from the very beginning everyone was extremely friendly, caring and wanted me to be happy and not just sell me a car. I have purchased 5 cars in my lifetime and never have I felt so much kindness and relaxed. It was the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Perkins for their vehicles. More

Brittney Dahlberg was very fast in responding to me and let me know the truck was still available and if I wanted to come by and check it out. We exchanged a few emails and every time she was fast to respond and courteous. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Mike Ryan. I told him about the two trucks I wanted to look at. Let me tell you, Mike is a really great guy and military vet. He was kind to my kids and to my wife and was really great at calling me throughout the entire process with updates. He spoke with Chip and I got a great deal for the truck I ended up getting. They also gave me a decent amount for my heavily hail damaged truck I was trading in. Plus, they even put on new tires and a whole bunch of other stuff to make sure I would be safe when I drove off the lot. The sales experience was smooth and Perkins has a really great team to make the buying experience positive. I'll go here again for our next vehicle purchase! More
