Excellent shopping and buying experience. Everyone made this experience sooo easy for us. We started by finding the vehicle we were looking for on the online chat with Kat. When we arrived, Everyone made this experience sooo easy for us. We started by finding the vehicle we were looking for on the online chat with Kat. When we arrived, Ernie took over and got us right in for a test drive. While we were out test driving he researched some questions we had on the vehicle, and had them ready when we got back. The deal was made! No haggling, we reached a price we all could agree on, and then Bill took us to do the financial part. He showed us the additional maintenance warranties that we could purchase, and let us decide which we wanted, each time reworking the monthly figures for us. He was not high pressure at all. Then Bill turned us back over to Ernie, and he helped us make sure we didn't leave anything in our traded in car, and stayed with us until we left. He didn't run off to make another deal, he made us feel like we were the only customers there. All in all, it was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had.
