Dream Truck I found the truck of my dreams during my first visit to PMC. Unfortunately it was a 2500 vice a 1500 Ram and a bit more than we wanted to spend origin I found the truck of my dreams during my first visit to PMC. Unfortunately it was a 2500 vice a 1500 Ram and a bit more than we wanted to spend originally. Dennis and the internet team found a similar 1500 model in Denver and had it available to view the following day. Dennis was up front and honest throughout the entire process and we would definitely buy from/refer him in the future. We were a little confused by the final cost when we got to the finance department. Their numbers didn't really match what we thought we had settled on the night before but they were able to give us a lower interest rate than our bank so all in all it was a good experience and we walked away with a great truck. More

We were treated well and respected each, and every time during the sales process. No high-pressure tactics here, just honest facts....no BS. However, the Finance guy was a different story. He seemed very aloof and distracted during the process, he did not even introduce himself to me when he came to the Sales desk to get me for the paperwork. Minimal small-talk before diving into the signing process. Not the best situation. The Finance transaction in the other 2 sales this year were very pleasant, however. So it's not the dealership, it's the individual. More
