Hephzibah is very kind and considerate, she was willing to help with every question and if she did not know the answer she made sure she got the answer. She didn't seem to just be after a sale like most ca to help with every question and if she did not know the answer she made sure she got the answer. Just brought a new Dodge Challenger SRT8 from Perkins Dodge and got a great deal with no hassle and no high pressure sales. My salesman was Darryl Champion who treated great. My experience with Scott was great. I looked the car up online and did some research before going in to the dealer. Scott answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. The price on the car was actually great, but was a little bit above what I really wanted to pay after all the added fees were tacked on. I did not take those into account when calculating my payment. Of course, this by no means takes away from Scott's professionalism in the sale of the car. It was a good experience and I would recommend him to others. More

My experience was unique because I wanted a 2014 Dodge Caravan. It was also exciting. I got to order a brand new van from the factory. Rick (the salesman) led the way and made the process easy. The factory kept me informed about which stage (chassis, paint, trim, etc) the van was in as it progressed. In just 7 short weeks my van was built and delivered. Our visit to Perkins was a good experience, as every visit we have made in the past. This visit was to try out and compare vehicles which we may want to purchase. We test drove two vehicles, one of wh visit we have made in the past. This visit was to try out and compare vehicles which we may want to purchase. We test drove two vehicles, one of which we bought that day. Scott is very attentive and cooperative and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased through Scott, each time he has been excellent. As this visit resulted in the purchase of a new vehicle which included the detailing of the purchased vehicle prior to departure from the lot, I in good conscience, cannot rate the quality of work for that detailing at anything but "unacceptable". I returned to the dealership for another detailing, as the first was not complete, and the second detailing resulted in the same - unacceptable. Detailing requires "attention to detail". The added visit to the dealership for additional detailing has caused me to rate the overall visit as GOOD. Thank you and yes I will recommend Perkins Motors to others. More
