Frank Claros was very professional, I was very picky about what I wanted & some concerns that I had Frank took the time to look into all of my demands & never tried to rush my decision. Worst experience ever. The guy who sold me my vehicle no longer employed there. We where lied to and sold a lemon blown engine 6 mo after purchase. We told sales man we had to have a good van as we care for longer employed there. We where lied to and sold a lemon blown engine 6 mo after purchase. We told sales man we had to have a good van as we care for my elderly father with Alzheimer's he sold us a 2005 dodge grand caravan cash PD 7200.00 warranty with van first day they replaced radiator hose then in 2 months water pump pulleys and belts had to be replaced 3 mo later engine blew warranty will not cover. Now my father that I care for has no way to get to MD appointments etc. Call to talk to sales guy told manager issues sales guy no longer employed they can't stand by what sales guy said etc. In process of obtaining attorney. Thanks a lot!!!! More

We started our search for a new vehicle six months ago. We started our search for a new vehicle six months ago. Knowing we wanted a mid size SUV, we test drove several models and decided that a 2014 Gran We started our search for a new vehicle six months ago. Knowing we wanted a mid size SUV, we test drove several models and decided that a 2014 Grand Cherokee was what we wanted. Early in the search we visited Perkins and Scott Matela was the salesman we began working with. Scott was low pressure, understood our time frame, and made courteous calls to check our status. Finally we saw an attractive price on a vehicle on line that interested us. Scott was able to get Perkins to honor that price on a similar model with the color we desired. Within the next two hours we were signing paperwork and drove home in our new Cherokee. Thank you to Scott and Perkins for making what can be a stressful decision a rewarding experience. More

I am new to Colorado Springs and I had heard a lot of good things about Perkins and their service and prices. Since my first visit to Perkins I felt very well informed on everything to do with car buying since I am new to all this that was a great thing to have with my lack of experience. Everyone at the dealership seemed very military friendly and genuine. Especially my sales associate Scott, he made sure that I knew what I was doing and even gave a couple of very helpful pointers to direct me in a better way. At first I was unsure about what I really wanted or the price I wanted to pay but within the week I was in a used 2010 Ford Taurus that so far I am extremely happy with. The amazing service from Scott Matela ad the Perkins Team has helped me greatly in finding this vehicle and leaving the dealership happy and with a car that I can call my own and not regret. Thanks again Scott Matela and Perkins Motors for being so friendly and helping a rookie out. More
