Update: I received a call from Walter Alfaro on Saturday and met with him on Monday. He apologized for the way I was treated in the past and made it clear he would make changes to ensure future customers do not receive the same treatment. In addition Mr. Alfaro issued me a letter of credit for services. Although I may not use it it did show he cared about what happened to me even before he was with the company.
