I AM FLOORED/OVERWHELMED! !!!! Check engine light came on again (3rd time), while out of town. Attempted to make an appointment the very next day, but no luck. Because I tra !!!! Check engine light came on again (3rd time), while out of town. Attempted to make an appointment the very next day, but no luck. Because I travel for work, I decided to drop off the vehicle early the next day; make other arrangements for transportation until whatever was causing the check engine light to come on, again could be determined; and hope for the best. I started @ 7:30 a.m. with the female Service Adviser (I am sorry, I never caught her name). I left to begin my day understanding it was more likely that the car could be looked at late today or early the next day. By 10:37 a.m. I received a tech report. I called and authorized the needed recommended repairs. She hoped that they would get to it by the end of the day but definitely the next morning. At 12:15 p.m., I received a call that the car was ready for pick-up. SHOCK & AMAZEMENT does not fully capture all of my thoughts. This is an incredible turn of events! Going from the stress of a recurring check engine light while traveling for work to having your car fully diagnosed, repaired, and ready for pick-up in under five hours is top-tier service. Your staff handled everything with fantastic speed and clear communication. THANK-YOU!!!!! More
