I use the online scheduling and it never fails, service dept. is so surprised at the work I’m requesting and unaware that I need a loaner. I live an hour from Perrysburg and don’t have the luxury of just dept. is so surprised at the work I’m requesting and unaware that I need a loaner. I live an hour from Perrysburg and don’t have the luxury of just dropping off my car every time. So this last time we had to break up my service in 2 different visits. I called Matt told him I was having issues with the Subura Forester 2014. Never heard back from him. I know I bought it ( as is) but if you want return business please return calls.
