There has been a lot of things that needed urgent repair, yet did not align with the gm owners manual for service intervals. We do not have a severe use case. Kids, family long distance, not a lot of stop and go. Secondly I asked the dealer to pull up their records on my vehicle(since I have taken it to this dealership before- different location now). They could tell me I had hvac lines replaced, but no record of transmission work. They told me they never worked on my transmission. I had to provide them a copy of repairs performed in June 2020 for the same hard shift issue. They also promised me that the p0711 code and wire harness would fix the hard shift between 1st and 2nd and 2nd to 1st. It has not. 3 times I have had a hard shift since picking up the vehicle. Finally I requested photographs of fluid and transmission pan magnet to see about clutch material. I was told they would, but still waiting to get the photo. I asked about tsb, and got a few, but they failed to mention strut tsb and I was told only dealers have the MagneRide struts, which only last 50k or so until you get a seal leak. Positive.
