I was traveling and picked up a nail in my tire and took my car to a tire repair place in Avon, OH and was told my tire could not be plugged and I needed to replace it. The store didn’t have my tire in stoc my car to a tire repair place in Avon, OH and was told my tire could not be plugged and I needed to replace it. The store didn’t have my tire in stock so we drove from Avon to Perrysburg on our spare. I called Volvo service department and was told they had a tire in stock and to bring my car in. I took my car in and expected to have to have the tire replaced but to my amazement, Ronnie called and said the technician asked if ok to plug it instead of replacing it. It was so nice to work with honest technicians. More

The dealership is conveniently located from where I reside; I’ve had a positive experience in the purchase of my Volvo as well as getting it serviced there. Because I own another car, I get to compare reside; I’ve had a positive experience in the purchase of my Volvo as well as getting it serviced there. Because I own another car, I get to compare the service provided by Volvo service department; and there are not as many amenities with Volvo, as there are with other dealership’s service departments . However, the personnel in the service department at Volvo is very professional, and I’ve always had a positive experience getting my vehicle serviced there. I realize that it is not fair to simply compare, but sometimes we do. More

I was having an issue with my wipers on my 2022 Sierra. I took it to a closer dealership which misdiagnosed the problem, causing the truck to sit at their service department for a month while the waited fo I took it to a closer dealership which misdiagnosed the problem, causing the truck to sit at their service department for a month while the waited for parts. I got fed up and brought it to Perrysburg Auto Mall for a second opinion, and they had the truck fixed in about an hour. Their technicians know what they're doing!
