Very clean and a nice place to visit. The personnel were all very friendly on my premier visit. I was a Bowling Green customer for a long time. I made an appointment for my free oil change and it still took a really long time. I didn’t get an update until about an hour of me waiting there. I got sent a long file about these 12 different things that need done to my car (worth 1,500) I rejected all of them from being done. I showed my mechanic Everything they said needs done and he told me absolutely not. I asked on my reservation if my car could be washed after and no one washed it. To make matters worse while they were checking my air filters, they made a mess of my car Putting napkins and leaves all over my passenger seat and floor. I also have five oil changes left that I’ve paid for with my car contract, but I was told that they expire in August of this year so now I’ll be wasting the amount of whatever four oil changes would be unless they graciously extend it. More

I have a brand new vehicle and have been struggling with the radio/gps/Bluetooth system in the car. They have replaced it after a few visits, but still no luck. It is still freezing, and disconnecting devices and shutting itself off. The oil change went fine. My car is a lease so of course I take it to the VW service center. More
I clearly asked what the health of this car was when I purchased it at an inflated price! Made two payments and it has some health problems……makes me wonder what we’re in for!
