I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic and an AC recharge. On a cold start the vehicle would hesitate and bump up to 2-3 RPM for about 10 seconds and then return to normal. They told me they weren’t going to recharge my AC and it would need to be completely replaced for $2,000 and they said I needed a new battery for $300 to fix the hesitation. Well they replaced the battery and my car sounds WORSE than it did when I brought it in. No one called to discuss my vehicle with me at all. They did all of their business through texts and website links. More
