Better communication. My car was serviced for oil brake issue taillight and rattle in dash. I had no idea it would be kept overnight and the next day til 4. I called 3 times and never talked to service t issue taillight and rattle in dash. I had no idea it would be kept overnight and the next day til 4. I called 3 times and never talked to service the first two times. Was told part ordered by salesman and that was wrong . rotors were bad didn’t know how many or why . Still don’t why do you turn rotors and not replace pads. Car has less than 20000 miles. Couldn’t find rattle oil i think was changed or indicated . I understand busy but at least let customer what is going on More
