I was a little disappointed with my recent experience purchasing our new car. Throughout the process, I never felt that any effort was made to make me feel valued as a customer or that I was receiving an purchasing our new car. Throughout the process, I never felt that any effort was made to make me feel valued as a customer or that I was receiving any special consideration. Every request I made was denied, even some that I felt were reasonable. For example, I asked if the CVT fluid could be changed before delivery, and when that was declined, I requested a price quote to have it done. I never received one. I also paid the full asking price for the vehicle, so I was hoping for a bit more flexibility or customer service. Additionally, I did not feel the vehicle was detailed thoroughly before pickup. It appeared that only a quick cleaning had been done. I also noticed that none of the tires had valve stem caps installed. When I asked about this, Jeff's response was that the car was sold "as is." Considering valve stem caps cost only a dollar or two, it seemed unreasonable that such a simple request could not be accommodated. Overall, the experience left me feeling disappointed. I wouldn't say I felt great—or even particularly good—about the purchase experience, which was unfortunate given the significance of buying a vehicle. While everyone was nice enough but they should give the customer one or two small victories. I got absolutely nothing to make me feel like a got a deal or they really tried to please me. More
