I was standing behind Pat when he sitting next to his supervisor told the mechanic that I was a very difficult woman I was horrible. Truly a great experience when having the oil changed in my car. Tires were also rotated. Service agent kept me informed at all times, explained what was done and how long my wait would be. The salesman didn't really anything about the car. Next day the manager called us back in and the rep spent 2 hrs going over every aspect of the.
