Will never give my business here again. Took 3 hours to have my car inspected. Was told it would take no more then an hour. Was supposed to have car washed, but they didn't have time for that. Boyfriend took his car here and they broke the key in the door. Was a huge hassle to get a new one. Would not recommend this service department to anyone. Took car back to be re-inspected. Said it would take 30 mins. Waited another 1.5 hours. Went up to talk to customer attendant and was told the repairs couldn't be done until the parts came in-car did not need any parts for inspection. Complete lack of communication with staff and customers. Lack of professionalism. More

I was very impressed when i went to drop off my car and they had closed just 10min prior to when I got there. I knocked on the door and they let me drop off my car instead of having to come back the next they had closed just 10min prior to when I got there. When we first arrived, we felt that we were not helped in a timely manner, BUT once we were introduced to Joe Sutter, he was very friendly and helpful. On a separate issue, the only thing I'm unhappy about, after the whole purchase, Is the finance. I think it sucks that you are unable to pay your bill online, without being charged a fee. I pay ALL my bills online, and no other bill I have (other car payment, mortgage, cable, etc) charge a fee to pay online. I went to the address given that I received in the mail for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. and to pay online, or even by phone there's a fee. More
