I was standing behind Pat when he sitting next to his supervisor told the mechanic that I was a very difficult woman I was horrible. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They diagnosed my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder with a blown engine. Do not buy a Nissan car before researching their reliability. They never mentioned anything about daily storage fees. Meanwhile they gave me an $18,000 estimate to replace my engine. While I was trying to figure out the best way to go and was also working with their sales group looking at and test driving cars , they refused to release my car even though I had paid my $165.00 diagnostic fee. I was trying to get it towed back to my house to try and sell it for more than the $2500 trade in they offered me. They want to charge me over $200 in daily storage fees. That does not make me want to buy a car from them. They also refused to show me financing without including over $4,000 in ridiculous services like dent repair and interior stain proofing. Do not trust this dealer with your hard earned money. More
Hi Friends, I take my 2019 Nissan NV 3500 Passenger van to Nissan Peruzzi For squeaky sound. They Changed my Serpentine Belt. The squeaky sound stop. But another problem start after that. They saying No issues. there chief Forman take a look . he cannot find any issues. They blaming in my custom wheel. I tried my OEM Wheel same issue. No they don't allow me to get in side there service dealer. So friends please don't take your vehicle over there . soon you also want to deal this kind of situation. Thank you. More

Poor customer service and poor quality work I can’t say that I wouldn’t recommend the dealership because I didn’t buy a vehicle here. However the service department is poor. I dropped my truck off on Thursday to have a back up camera installed. They said it would be ready for pick up on Friday but never got a phone call. Saturday morning I called at 7am when they opened to find out if my truck was ready because I had plans later that morning and could only pick up before 930. They told me that they weren’t sure the status and would call back shortly. After an hour and a half, I called again and was told the same thing. Big surprise, I didn’t get a call back! I called a third time and asked to speak to the Service manager. I talked to the assistant manager who told me the Service manage only comes in for a short period in the morning and then left. I explained my frustration and asked for an update and he told me “I heard a few people talking about your previous calls earlier but I’m not sure the status. Then said he would have to call me back again with an update. By this time it was 10:30. They finally called back and said my truck was done. I picked up and noticed my complimentary wash they told us about was not complete, the backup camera does not beep or give you an indication that your getting close to an object and to top it off, they mounted the camera 12” off the center of the vehicle. I understand that the camera doesn’t have to be dead center for it to work properly but when I back up, the camera is crooked so it defeats the purpose of having a back up camera since I still have to turn and look out the back and use my mirrors to park. I think the whole idea behind paying a professional to do a job for you is getting professional results. More

After 9 months and 6000 miles driving I took the car for Inspection on Nov 7 2019 and they told me that my alignment was out. The collision repair shop said they did the alignment at the end of the repair. I requested that they redo the alignment for free but they refused. There are many places that warranty the alignment for 1 year. Don't do your service at Peruzzi Nissan Henry Wiener Langhorne PA More
