Peruzzi Nissan responded

You asked us to diagnose the engine issue with your vehicle. you agreed at the beginning there would be a $158.00 diagnostic fee and agreed to pay it. Therefore this was not a surprise as described in the review. Afterward, you were told the vehicle was starved of oil, and completely slugged up inside from lack of maintenance, that it would require an engine replacement. Two-plus weeks passed without you letting us know what your decision was going to be. You were provided a storage estimate of $35.00 per day for any time the vehicle would remain here at the service department parking lot after 3 weeks. Peruzzi Nissan does not provide free storage or is in the business of collecting abandoned vehicles. When you finally made a decision to take your vehicle away at the end of the third week, no storage fees were ever charged. The sales department, unfortunately, could not offer you what you were expecting for a non-running/operating vehicle.

A Nissan Certified Master Technician exhausted every resource to try and replicate your concern and could not. While your vehicle was here it did not demonstrate any of the issues you described. There was nothing further we could do and you would not accept that there was nothing we could do to resolve an issue we could not reproduce.

The car was only driven 9 months and 6000 miles. All tire places have a one year warranty. Besides this was a collision repair and should have been guaranteed. I won't be taking my car or any car to your collision center again!
