There was no hassle, no haggling, no high pressure, and they gave me a very good deal with a liberal trade in allowance. In buying several new cars over the years, this team from the sales to the finance manager, Aaron, were professional, courteous, and honest right from the start. It made buying this car a pleasure. Mr. Destefano took time to explain all the bells and whistles to my spouse, and I received several thank you emails from sales, managers, service dept and others, thanking me for my business. Having been in sales, sometimes when two salesmen have to "Split a deal" which I am sure they did, but oten the salesmen are upset or stand offish, to the customer. Very good follow up after the purchase. He worked hard to get me into the car I wanted despite a few challenges.
