Outstanding dealer who stands by their word. My son is currently in the Navy stationed in Pensacola. He purchased his first car a used 2013 Mazda 3i sport and was given one key. Most newer cars My son is currently in the Navy stationed in Pensacola. He purchased his first car a used 2013 Mazda 3i sport and was given one key. Most newer cars are equipped with remote entry and he was not given a key fob. Unfortunately he misplaced his one key. Initially he was referred to a Mazda dealer which he did and was told to have his car towed. He called a locksmith to get a new key and key fob. I was not happy and posted a review with my concerns. Much to my surprise the manager of the dealer responded to my post and ended up taking car of the cost incurred from the locksmith. If I lived closer I would purchase all of my vehicles from this dealer. More

We were greeted warmly and courteously and we proceeded to make a great deal. Everything was explained to us and demonstrated and we had no questions when our salesman was done. We purchased the vehicle we wanted without any bad experiences which we have had in the past at other car dealerships. From the test drive to the tour of the Service Department I would say that we had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our new vehicle which we absolutely love.
