My husband and I actually went to look for new night stands and was only stopping in to look at the Jetta's. Steve was so wonderful. We ended up purchasing a Brand new 2014 TDI that day. I returned on Monday morning and Steve walked me through with a hands on tutorial on every inch of the car (this is one of my personal favorite parts of our new car shopping experience). This truly was the best car shopping experience that we have ever had! We will be singing praises for years to come!! More

Yesterday I went to get see about trading my car in and got the best care and service possible. I cannot thank this dealership enough for going the extra mile for customers. Coming from Virginia and experiencing mediocre service at best, it was like a breath of fresh air coming and receiving the top notch customer service we all deserve. I think the direct discussion with the sales manager on the price took about 20 seconds, the deal price got the nod from the power that be and I was on my way in a short time afterwards. The service dept worked on my other VW and the effort of their mechanic and service advisor (Rich Lord) (and service dept mgr) along with discussion with the general manage (Lou) cemented the idea this VW dealer's reputation, skill set and communication level is far above other VW dealers. Somewhat long story version: I'm not a resident of Pensacola nor do I live in the surrounding areas. I purchased my other VW elsewhere (about 100 miles away, from my hometown dealer) but encountered a serious problem with the car on its maiden voyage as I approached Pensacola. After bringing the car into service, I was promptly greeted by one service advisor and handed off to Rich Lord (service advisor) as I explained the problem. The car was promptly brought into one of the service bays to start diagnostics. Rich regularly updated me about the status. After it was determined the problem could not be fixed in a short amount of time, a loaner was provided and I was on my way to my eventual destination, about 200 miles away. Throughout the repair over the next few days, Rich always kept me informed of the findings, the solution and the testing. After witnessing the high level of service at Pete Moore VW, I knew I made a mistake not buying my new car from them. Service after the sale is important, and Pete Moore delivers it in spades. If you had bad experiences with other dealer's service department, think the opposite for this dealer. While my now previous car was in the garage for the initial diagnosis, I spoke with the general manager (Lou) and after a brief discussion with him, I definitely regretted buying my other VW elsewhere (to be honest, never thought buying a car from a dealer more than a 100 miles would be worth it - but my lesson says it is so worth it!). An opportunity presented itself and I purchased another VW Passat TDI; this time from Pete Moore VW. It was absolutely painless, effortless and entirely great. I entered the showroom, met Lou (general manager) and Jeff (sales manager), talked priced for about 20 seconds for the car on the showroom floor and after the power that be gave approval of the deal, Gary DeStefano was introduced to handle the paperwork. The sales team is very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and quick to handle paperwork. Gary had the car prepped and fueled while the finance guy ran thru the paperwork. Afterwards, Gary introduced the new Passat and its features in a very thorough and professional manner. This is my fourth VW in 4 years and I never experienced the thorough and professional skill set of a sales team like that of Pete Moore VW. Gary was terrific. I'm very happy the latest VW was purchased from Pete Moore VW. This car will be serviced at Pete Moore VW and while I'm not expecting any difficulties from this new car, there is lots of comfort in knowing should there be any difficulties encountered, the service department will get it fixed right and good the first time. If you live in the FL Panhandle, lower AL and MS, you will not find a better VW dealer for sales and their commitment to after sales service, in my humble opinion. Treat yourself to a great buying experience followed up with an excellent service department - talk to Gary to start the process. More

Great experience buying a new GTI Mark Torelli was a great salesman with a no pressure buy. I told him what I wanted and he showed me exactly that with a few extra options. He did not try to push me into something I couldn't afford. He even asked me to bring one of my dogs in to make sure they would fit in the car without being cramped. Financing with Kimberly Gilbert was great too. She asked me what my needs were and she met them with flying colors. Great team there at Pete More. Will buy my next car there. More
"You're A Liar" Overall we went to Pete Moore for a used car, originally went for a Volkswagen Jetta TDI we had an Awesome sales rep that approached us his name was J Overall we went to Pete Moore for a used car, originally went for a Volkswagen Jetta TDI we had an Awesome sales rep that approached us his name was JR. He handled all our needs he showed us a Chrysler 300 SRT8 that we drove and fell in love with. But their was only a few things wrong with it, the check engine light was on, the mirror was fogged up & the sunglasses holder was broken. Witch we were buying used so we knew we couldn't get brand new quality. But we decided to buy the car, in the contract we had the check engine light & mirror to be fixed! They held up and took our car in to be repaired, we got it back the check engine light came back on instantly when we got the car back 2 weeks later. We tried to give the car back for a different car but they insisted that they would fix the problem! They gave us our car back with 3 more cracks in our bumper!! I told my sales man JR, that we did not have those cracks on our bumper and he handled the problem and told Dan Freeman immediately, Dan told JR in a verbal agreement that we would go half/half on the bumper. We were ok with that, but we still had the check engine light. We take the car back in on a Friday, they fix it all weekend we come back on Monday and our check engine light was still not fixed! But we end up getting our mirror, but it was not installed and it was not the same color as our car and again not installed! Well we called the dealer about our check engine light again they told us that they could not give us another loaner car and to take it down to the place to get looked at where they took it. And we did they said the light could not be fixed! We again tried to give the car back to Pete Moore and they still insisted that they would fix our car for us. Finally after we ran around trying to fix our car because they would not give us a loaner car nor spend their time to send someone to send it to the repair shops we went back to Pete Moore and tried to get them to take the car back again, Dan Freeman proceeded to tell us they would fix our car and he was getting upset with us and started calling us a liar and cussing at us and he never agreed to fix our bumper!! We were appalled that a So called manager would talk to a customer in such way! Our car sales man stuck up for us and proceeded to tell dan it was a verbal agreement about the bumper. We then took the car to a place to get the computer fixed, and they flashed our computer because they didn't have the correct computer to place in our vehicle. Our car has never acted more strange it now chokes up when we gas it and has a really hard shift. We told Pete Moore that and tried again for a new car even said we would buy another off of them. They told us to come on in they could put us in a different car. We go in and picked and test drove a car we were going to buy. We finally go through the process and they proceed to tell us we could not get the car without a down payment. We were highly upset, then they told us to come back the next day when the finance manager was in to get a brand new Jetta with the cash back to use as our down payment. We came back, and we were told we were still have to put down a down payment. We were already furious because they would just not take back our car. We finally called in to talk to someone above dan we got ahold of David. We had talked to David about getting our check engine light fixed again, he told us that the work on the car wouldn't take 1-2 hours. So we took the car in they did nothing, said they didn't have the computer in. We then called back to complain, we called to ask to talk to David again, they transferee us over to Dan. We got mad and hung up and called again and asked to talk to David again! They answered again and transferred us and the man goes " Hello this is David" and we proceeded to complain about Dan how he cussed at us and called us liars about our bumper and our check engine light was not fixed. The man proceeds to go "This is Dan! And I did not do Any of those things to you!!" We were disappointed that we were not on the phone with dan! We finally got ahold of Lou and he sounded not to happy to talk to us and he said " He would personally handle us himself" when we came in about the Chrysler. We have not made it back to see them yet, we now seeking a lawyer to help us with this whole mess, they are a terrible and horrible dealership and I wish no one to go through what we had went through to just avoid this dealership all together! More

Attentive to my needs and time constraints, they arranged to replace my parts quickly allowing me to get back to work promptly. I hardly had time for a cup of coffee when Brian announced that my Passat was fixed and ready to go. He then reminded me of my upcoming 20,000 mile service interval and reviewed what would be covered at that time. Although the lounge is small, it's equipped with a wide screen TV along with Wi-Fi, free coffee and donuts. I am totally delighted with Pete Moore VW and am happy to award its service department 5 stars. More
